Description

Williams-Sonoma Inc. is offering peak season pay increases for all distribution center associates from October to January 3, 2021.
Associates will receive an additional $2.00 per hour until the end of peak season.



PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Able to perform wood and upholstery repairs including burn-ins, wood raining and clear finish
Repair on top surface (larger than ½ inch)
Color match on top surface
Proper applications of sealers and top coats
Polishing top coat to vendor specifications
Cross grain scratches burn in and rubbed out
Proper application of finishes using spray gun

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Upholstery and wood repairs including burn-ins
Positive attitude with strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivating individual able to work independently and collaboratively
Dependable and deadline oriented with ability to perform under pressure
Excellent attendance, communication skills, and willingness to be a part of a team, performing whatever duties are necessary
Furniture repair skill assessment testing will be required as part of interview process
