The Seasonal PULSE Clerk - Days positions  are located in Memphis, TN.  This position is responsible for hitting and maintaining company service levels in a team environment including Monogram and Non-Monogram orders.

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO MOVE TO THE WORK:  SEASONALS MAY BE ASKED TO WORK IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS AS PICKERS/STOCKERS

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

• Maintain the designated workstations and ensuring they remain clear at all times
• Review all orders with errors and resolving discrepancies based on documented processes and procedures
• Communicate throughout the shift with the other departments to ensure that carton discrepancies and/or damages are investigated, and root causes are determined
• Work with admin team to ensure customer care issues are worked through in a timely manner
• Make sure that all collate modifications are scanned into the correct carton tracking location for processing in a timely manner
• As the function dictates, ensure that all waves are closed within 72 hours to ensure 3-day and 5-day service levels are met or exceeded

• High School Diploma or Equivalent   
• Must be a self-starter

• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook

• Ability to train new associates in the processes during high volume periods
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

We prefer some of these qualities as well….

• At least 6 months experience with the wave reconciliation process. Must have exposure to the monogram, picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Have Working knowledge of Personal Knowledge Management System (PKM)S and Crystal reporting
