PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Establish and promote hard work ethics through teamwork and collaboration with associates.
- Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
- Work with the HUB leads to ensure we complete our daily trucks.
- Work with the HUB Leads to ensure the floor is clean and all the units are relocated.
- Utilize Williams Sonoma’s Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.
- Available to work in the different processes performed on the HUB as needed.
- Able to build on the floor and support load out processes as needed.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
- PKMS, Hub WS warehousing systems preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary.
- Job requires continuous physical exertion – walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing – must be able to lift 50lbs minimum.
- Builder Experience.
- Deluxing Experience.
- Experience driving pacer, pallet jack, reach truck.
