  • Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain
  • 14.5M square feet of small parcel, personalization, furniture, and manufacturing space in the domestic US, Williams-Sonoma has developed an agile and capable distribution network consisting of the following:
    • Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.

The Merchant Processor – Packing position is located in Olive Branch, MS.

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

  • Learn and perform the following functions:
    • Verify product(s) by scanning the matching Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) numbers on the product and match what was ordered via the Reddwerks packing system
    • Verify that the personalization, if requested, is correct and of good quality
    • Follow correct resolution process when there are missing or damaged product
    • Gift wrap the product, when requested, and place SKUs and personalization request on stickers to identify what is in each gift-wrapped box
    • Select the correct carton/poly bag to ship each order
    • Add the correct amount of dunnage (padding) to ensure the product is secure and will not be damaged in shipping
    • Print the gift card, if requested, and place on the appropriate item with double-sided tape
    • Print and place the carton content label in the box along with the Mark and Graham mailer
    • Print the shipping label and adhere to the outside of the carton/poly bag and place on the outbound conveyor

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully
  • Ability to multitask and follow production steps on each product type
  • Ability to match Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) numbers
  • Ability to distinguish colors
  • Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
  • Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
  • Focus on always maintaining a safe working environment
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
