PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Establish and promote hard work ethics through teamwork and collaboration with associates.
- Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
- Ensure KD Furniture units are built to brand specifications using assembly instructions
- Maintian a clean and organized work area
- Audit outbound furniture to ensure line accuracy as needed
- Work with Lead to ensure all builds are completed
- Work closely with Hub Furniture Techs to ensure units built are up to company quality standards
- Availability to work in the different processes performed on the HUB as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to understand assembly instructions required
- Experience with Hand tools preferred
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be a part of a team- performing whatever duties are necessary
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Availability to work full time schedule which may include nights, weekends or holidays per business needs
