This position will be reporting to both the ECDC QA manager for local QA admin duties (60%) and to the Corporate QA manager for network QA admin duties (40%). These duties are similar between both operations and are highlighted below

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
  • Become the subject matter expert on DC Claims process and systems in collaboration with corporate and ECDC QA managers.
  • Track and Ensure all key reports are accurate and timely from all DC location to include:
    • Weekly claims reports for publishing system wide.
    • Failed packaging Lab report process and claims.
    • A-batches failure reporting process to initiate system wide QA inspections and claims as needed.
    • Tracking claims and product disposition within established timelines.
    • Updating VAS and Debit Memo Database.
    • Review of "DC Hold: reports for proper policy execution of deadlines and recaps to assist in clearing hold buckets.
  • Publishing pass and fail Packaging Lab reports to Sourcing and Merchant partners.
  • Consolidate claims and packaging Lab reports from all DC locations to allow proper tracking and monitoring by all QA managers.
  • Coordinate with all DC locations on Rework, Release without Rework and updating transit modes to ensure consistent execution and communications between DC's.
ESSENTIAL CORE JOB FUNCTIONS:
 In addition to all ECDC QA Admin functions and tasks this Admin II position will be assisting the Network QA Admin manager on all reports and claim administration and coordination for all DC's.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed on all QA claims and reports.
  • Expert working knowledge of all systems to include PKMS, HUBWM, TPM, QAITS, VAS and Debit Memo databases.
  • Expert on all Microsoft Office programs to include Excel database manipulation and pivot table work and PowerPoint and PDF presentations up to SVP level audiences.
  • Able to utilize all aspects of Outlook in execution of assigned tasks.
  • Intimate familiarity with the QA claims process to include Claims and Rework cost estimation, supply POR processing and tracking and outlet and disposal parameters and tracking.
  • Be familiar with all Hold Codes and their proper use and applications.
  • Expert communications skills to include verbal, written and all electronic means.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and able to work independently of direct supervision.
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team - performing whatever duties are necessary and spending the time needed to complete all tasks including overtime as needed.
