PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Processing, identifying, and reporting overages, shortages, & damages (OS&Ds) from trailers.
- In-depth research and reporting of damages to the Quality Assurance team and daily of OS&Ds to network.
- Process all high-profile orders, UPS, and redirect orders.
- Researching and processing any invalid cases or cases not on task so they are ready to go back to distribution center or inventory.
- Audit loads and create outbound paperwork
- Coordinate the movement of trailers.
- Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
- Job requires continuous physical exertion – walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing – must be able to lift 65 lbs. minimum
- Utilize Williams Sonoma’s Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- AS400 knowledge along with all Office Applications preferred.
- Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus – English/Spanish.
- Job requires continuous physical exertion – walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing – must be able to lift 65lbs minimum.
