Our Southeast Distribution Center is seeking to add an Admin Asst II with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
The position is non-exempt, daytime shift 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday -Friday with overtime as required

Position Summary

The Admin Asst II oversees the B2B Inbox, distribution of email folders, project assignments and other duties as determined by Ops Mgr. He/she will produce daily reports for productivity and labor and oversee all wave requests. Will research any random non-consolidated requests, respond to time-sensitive emails, and runs point on project calls as needed. Researches shipments through various channels to proactively identify incoming freight and enhance logistics visibility. Will be the face of B2B in absence of the manager as needed.

Essential Job Functions

Experience with Microsoft office, PKMS, QlikView, GT Nexus, and Compass are vital to this role. Associate needs to have heavy communication experience with a high attention to detail. Associate must be organized, able to multi-task, and adaptable to move to the work as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications

High School diploma or GED. 
Skills to include Organization, Time management, Interpersonal Skills, Written/Verbal communication, Attention to detail, Microsoft Office Suite experience, Adaptability.

Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing other functions as needed.

Must have the ability to multi-task and work in high-pressure situations and make sound business decisions.

Must have Customer Service experience in a call-center or prior Admin. Assistant environment.

Must maintain a positive attitude, have strong work-ethic, and be a fast learner.
