Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for performing the basic functions required to process merchandise that return to WSI.


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Utilize returns systems to properly create and process returns for timely refunds to customers.
  • Analyzing order documentation / merchandise
  • Evaluating and recommending appropriate merchandise condition
  • Removing and recycling damaged packaging / dunnage
  • Ensure organization and housekeeping of the area on a daily basis
  • Following established procedures to complete the return process
  • Communicating problems / discrepancies to next-level management
  • Must have good attendance and be a team player


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is strongly recommended
  • Proficient in the use of E-mail, Excel, Word
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Familiarity with common warehouse RF Equipment
  • Proficient in basic mathematics
  • Able to work overtime when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a faster learner.
  • Can work safely in high volume area around moving equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
