PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
  • Significantly reduce the amount of Shortfall routes based off route completion
  • Create and assist managing dispatch group with all 3PL providers
  • Assist with management of IRT process as it relates to dispatching and CSR2-customer resolution process
  • Work closely with management in the daily operations for the department
  • Route all routes daily for delivery of product for both DTC and RTL customers and provide to carriers for review prior to publishing
  • Close loads in PKMS/HUBWM and minimize revenue recognition percentage
  • Maintain and manipulate reporting of Route Planner and CCUI
  • Assist with team assignments by balancing resources as the volume requires
  • Track delivery productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related performance to teammates, peers, and manager by using departmental resources
  • Work with management and 3PL to drive customer experience
  • Establish and promote hard work ethic through teamwork and collaboration with associates
  • Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by communicating safety topics and conducting safety audits
  • Research and analyze customer orders received from the CMH HUB
  • Maintain Open RA report on daily/weekly basis in conjunction with customer service
  • Other projects as assigned
 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year experience in distribution, manufacturing or retail environment; in lieu of experience, 5 years of progressive work experience
  • 1 year of experience working with a warehouse management system
  • Strong Microsoft office knowledge- especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communication/documentation·

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • College or certificate in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing
  • 2 years of experience in distribution environment
  • 1 year of experience working with MS Access
  • 1-year previous forklift driver experience
