Our Braselton, GA distribution center opened April 2016 and services the South Eastern Region. The majority of product handled in Georgia is furniture from all of our brands. Position Summary
With minimal supervision, supports Operations Manager & General Manager with leading, guiding and directing a group of associates while ensuring that daily department goals are met through the Williams-Sonoma objectives in Safety, Service, Quality, and Cost within the QA department. 

Primary Functions

  • Establish and promote hard work ethics through teamwork and collaboration with associates
  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments
  • Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.  Maintain a clean and safe work environment by communicating safety topics and conducting safety audits
  • Works cooperatively and harmoniously with supervisor, co-workers and others
  • Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related performance to teammates, peers and manager by using departmental resources
  • Willingness to be part of a team and performing other duties as necessary
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
  • Process returns, which include customer contact by phone or correspondence as well as contract with other departments within the Company
  • Coordinate and resolve QA issues by communication with the Distribution Center and Hub
  • Coordinate and resolve partial replacement issues by communicating with Inventory Management, Distribution Center, and Customer Care Centers
  • Review and resolve customer correspondence by calling or writing customers and researching/obtaining information from other departments within the Company
  • Review acting line reports and identify customer service trends
  • Assist in processing production information
  • Conduct root cause analysis of customer returns by reviewing product in warehouse
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned
  • Train others on daily work assignments when needed
  • Must have good attendance and be a team player
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years Administrative related duties
  • Prior lead experience preferred
  • Must be familiar with RF Scanners, AS400 Systems, and PKMS
  • Comfortable walking/standing 80% of the day
  • Certified to operate an Order Picker, Reach Truck (Raymond Brand)
  • Analytical ability to solve problems and develop root cause
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of basic math (addition and subtraction)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
  • Heavy lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read and match product SKU's
