POSITION SUMMARY: Working with the HUB management and team to ensure accurate receipt, audit, record keeping, training and inventory integrity throughout the receiving, picking, and put-away process.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • PKMS receiving and labeling of inbound product including verification of Overage, Shortage & Damages Report versus inbound paperwork for shipments.
  • Upkeep of all Item Master fields for new sku's and existing sku's that show as exceptions
  • Assist with receiving and re-pack functions as needed.
  • Ensure organization and housekeeping of the area on a daily basis.
  • Utilize Williams Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and department.
  • Daily put away duties including putting away of product on all types of MHE and loading of product to trailers as needed.
  • Ad hoc duties assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing what ever duties are necessary
  • Job requires continuous physical exertion - walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing - must be able to lift 65lbs minimum
  • Excellent PKMS (or equivalent WMS) knowledge including hand held, truck mount and desk top
  • Ability to be Fork Lift Certified (Order Picker / Reach Truck / Turret Truck / Stand Up)
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
  • Bilingual is a plus - English/Spanish.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner
