he Lead QA Tech position is located in Denver, CO.
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
- Able to perform wood and upholstery repairs including burn-ins, wood raining and clear finish
- Repair on top surface (larger than ½ inch)
- Color match on top surface
- Proper applications of sealers and top coats
- Polishing top coat to vendor specifications
- Cross grain scratches burn in and rubbed out
- Proper application of finishes using spray gun
- Repair furniture with electrical mechanisms, sewing, and upholstering.
- Recommends whether to replace furniture, repair to first quality, or repair to outlet quality.
- Makes recommendations on new or used equipment
- Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company processes, which have an immediate impact on the operation.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience
- Furniture restoration certification preferred
- Ability to use a computer, email, MS Office Applications, and other applicable systems proficiently is required.
- Experience with upholstery and wood repairs including burn-ins
- Ability to provide high quality repairs to more complex wood and upholstered furniture.
- Experience leading department/zone
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivating individual able to work independently and collaboratively
- Dependable and deadline oriented with ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent attendance, communication skills, and willingness to be a part of a team, performing whatever duties are necessary
- Furniture repair skill assessment testing will be required as part of interview process
