Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily execution of hub returns processing as received from drivers/3PL's
  • Respond to all inquiries from other departments and outside partners in regards to returns inventory discrepancies and questions
  • Assist with receiving and re-pack functions as needed
  • Ensure organization and housekeeping of the area on a daily basis
  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma’s Mission, Vision and Values to govern daily activities including guidance to other associates

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team-performing whatever duties are necessary
  • Job requires continuous physical exertion-walking/bending/standing/climbing-must be able to lift 75 lbs with or without accommodation
  • Excellent PKMS (or equivalent WMS) knowledge including hand held, truck mount, and desk top
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner
  • Forklift certification preferred
