JOB SUMMARY:

This exciting role within our Supply Chain team will be responsible for leading optimization initiatives and process improvement efforts throughout the WSI Reverse Logistics organization. This role will involve leading projects and driving change in an increasingly complex global supply chain. This position requires a combination of technical skills needed to navigate through ambiguity, as well as high emotional intelligence to lead change management initiatives and adopt consensus amongst multiple stakeholders.
 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of Reverse Logistics
  • Ability to lead the development and improvement of business processes
  • Define and lead improvement efforts for systems supporting Reverse Logistics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse internal teams focusing on reducing returns, spanning all organizational levels
  • Demonstrate strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams
  • Develop scalable business process to drive better decisions in supply chain management, such as cost management, performance metrics, system enhancements, etc.
  • Interface with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, DC Operations and Merchant teams, to understand the business objectives
  • Identify the gaps in current process and drive actionable solutions
  • Develop and execute data analysis to manage and improve operation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/ BA degree preferred or 5 years experience

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and flexibility to handle a wide variety of projects

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude

  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
    Preferably 1-3 years work experience in Supply Chain
