WORK SCHEDULE:
  • 1st Shift. Monday-Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Saturday - Sunday work as needed)
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
  • Create and file all Inspection and rework data both hard copy and electronic
  • Update all trackers and databases (VAS, Debit memo, In-house and corporate inspections) on a daily basis for reporting.
  • Maintain QA department score card data on a daily basis.
  • Assist with the update and maintenance of ECDC QA Holds and comments in PKMS
  • Assist with the physical hands on portion of all QA floor work when necessary.
  • Assist with partials both Active and POD.
  • Process all marble tops on a daily bases and consume the CRBs.
  • Assist with processing DC and HUB damages and Vendor defects.
  • Assist with A Batch
  • Assist with inventory of office supplies.
Essential Core Job Functions:

Handle all creation and updates to inspections and Reworks. Maintain all Required databases, trackers and files as they relate to these processes.
Learn the new POD process and be able to successfully process all POD requests from AMS to final deliver from the vendor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
  • PKMS, SanFran, CCUI, DTC, GTN, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge.  
  • Intimate product and brand knowledge from their web site to their inventory. 
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure on your own and be a fast learner.
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.   
  • Excellent Communication skills for internal and external customers both written and verbal.
