The Receiving Clerk is responsible for meeting and maintaining company service standards in a team environment including Monogram and Non-Monogram orders.

The Receiving Clerk position is located in Olive Branch, MS.

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
 

• Monitor aged/backorder trailers to ensure accuracy and trailers placed in the proper locations
• Working with GT Nexus and Yardview
• Create, pull, receive, scan and file shipments as needed
• Communicate and prioritize work
• Correspond with the Corporate Team, all DC's and all levels of management through Outlook
• Place comments on Purchase Orders (POs) if needed
• Verify all shipments daily

Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates....

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months’ experience in a warehouse/distribution setting working with Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS)
• Must be a self-starter and a team player
• Have a working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Able to work flexible schedule
• Able to read and match numbers
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to train new associates in the department’s processes and procedures during high volume periods
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
• Focus on always maintaining a safe working environment
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

We prefer some of these qualities as well....
 

• At least 1-year experience in a warehouse/distribution setting with GTNEXUS, Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) and Yardview Experience

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs
• Able to lift up to 65lbs
• Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day
