The Receiving Clerk is responsible for meeting and maintaining company service standards in a team environment including Monogram and Non-Monogram orders.
The Receiving Clerk position is located in Olive Branch, MS.
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
- Monitor aged/backorder trailers to ensure accuracy and trailers placed in the proper locations
- Working with GT Nexus and Yardview
- Create, pull, receive, scan and file shipments as needed
- Communicate and prioritize work
- Correspond with the Corporate Team, all DC's and all levels of management through Outlook
- Place comments on Purchase Orders (POs) if needed
- Verify all shipments daily
Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates....
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months’ experience in a warehouse/distribution setting working with Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS)
- Must be a self-starter and a team player
- Have a working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Able to work flexible schedule
- Able to read and match numbers
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to train new associates in the department’s processes and procedures during high volume periods
- Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
- Focus on always maintaining a safe working environment
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
We prefer some of these qualities as well....
- At least 1-year experience in a warehouse/distribution setting with GTNEXUS, Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) and Yardview Experience
