PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Create shop tech lists when needed, reschedules and cancellations (ensure process completion, SKU requests), complete email requests.
- Work blanks and discrepancies on the Audit Manifest along with the clerk, formulate and print Next Day's Manifest, generate checklist for next day's routes when necessary.
- Generate build sheets for Next Day's routes.
- Generate QDA ( Next Day Delivery) Manifests and run post waves for next day deliveries.
- Ensure the cancelalations process, picking process and audit process, and putaway process is being followed, executed and reconciled.
- Ensuring all tasks are reconciled (including QDA), all lines audited for a smooth load out, and the trucks pre-billed.
- Conduct inventory research to determine invalid inventory throughout the Hub an execute inventory purges properly ensuring all cases are processed. Conduct research on various quality issues brought up by the team, and report on the root cause to management and the QA dept, adding any deficiencies found to the DTS database.
- Work with call center and shop team to ensure all quality inspections and escalations are completed and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Research and resolve issues and provide feedback on operations, processes and associate performance.
- Must be willing to work overtime with little to no notice as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed.
- Extensive AS400 knowledge.
- Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
- Bilingual is a plus – English/Spanish.
- Previous warehousing and/or transportation background desired.
- Availability to work full time schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and via email.
- Abilty to succeed in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Time management and multitasking skills to meet established deadlines.
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds safely.
- Intermediate computer skills using MS Office Suite; previous experience with AS400 WMS software preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred (previous forklift experience desired),
