Job Responsibilities:

  • Business owner of the Open RA report for CMH.
  • Primary owner of inventory exceptions and process flows and ensuring they are corrected.
  • Daily exporting and reporting of internal reports to the hub controls.
  • Assist with process flows of internal solutions for service failures as it relates to dispatch and CSR 2s.
  • Work with CSR 2s on escalations and ensuring any of the product affiliated is properly dispositioned (including exchange of orders).
  • Work closely with mgmt in daily ops of the department.
  • Working all inventory reports as needed for service and scheduling, determined by leads and management.
  • Maintain and manipulate inventory discrepancies for the operation to ensure service levels meet or exceed goals.
  • Assist with team assignments by balancing resources as the volume exceeds. 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be a part of a team , performing whatever duties are necessary.
  • Job requires continuous physical exertion-walking/bending/standing/lifting/climbing must be able to lift 75 lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Excellent PKMS or equivalent WMS knowledge including hand held truck mount and desk top.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent follow up and follow through for research.
  • Ability to multi task and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner.
  • Forklift certification needed.
