STATUS: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:
The DC Clerk is responsible for addressing QA reworks and special projects including email and verbal correspondence with DC operations and with corporate partners. Associate will be required to do the following: utilize Microsoft Word, and other software to make sku tickets and carton labels; utilize PKMS to make adjustments to pallets and add/remove lock codes; utilize Qlikview, access databases, Crystal and other tools to monitor and facility inventory pulls to the department.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Multi-task and independently with minimal direction.
Capable of understanding and utilizing PKMS, Qlikview, and Access database
Proficient in using PKMS and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
Proficient in 10-key and typing.
Able to perform the following; work in confined spaces as well as stand for up to 12 hours per day.
Able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible and amount of force consistently to move objects.
Able to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as; preparing and analyzing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent strongly recommended
Must be a self-starter and a team player
Must be certified or able to become certified to operate an order picker in a safe and productive manner
Good Attendance and punctuality.
Availability to work flexible schedule.
Availability to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
Some heavy lifting may be required – up to 75lbs
Ability to read and match numbers.
Comprehension of English language.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to bend, reach and squat.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of PKMS and Crystal reporting
At least 6 months experience with the wave reconciliation process. Must have exposure to monogram, picking,
packing and shipping processes
