Our Braselton, GA distribution center opened April 2016 and services the South Eastern Region. The majority of product handled in Georgia is furniture from all of our brands. Position Summary
The CSC is our front line expert in scheduling our customer's orders and building lasting customer loyalty.  Our CSC's accomplish this by providing world class customer service through confident resolutions for scheduling orders, replacement orders and providing customers with up to date information on the current status of their orders. 

Primary Functions

  • Work Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri 9:30am-6:00pm and Saturday 8am-4:30pm. Wednesday's off.
  • Professional approach to all outbound / inbound calls related to customer orders for all brands.
  • Ability to handle large call volume at minimum of 85  calls daily and scheduling a minimum of 30 customer orders daily while maintaining quality focus on each call.
  • Confirming customer delivery windows within the system as well as customer contacts.
  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable sitting 90% of the day
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi task and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
  • Knowledge of basic math (addition and subtraction)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team- performing whatever duties are necessary
  • Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
  • Prior Customer Service Experience
