Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for performing the basic functions required to process merchandise that customers or stores return to WSI.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for daily execution of hub returns processing as received from drivers/ 3PL’s.
  • Respond to all inquiries from other departments and outside partners in regards to returns inventory discrepancies and questions.
  • Assist with receiving and re-pack functions as needed.
  • Ensure organization and housekeeping of the area on a daily basis
  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma’s Vision, Mission and Values to govern daily activities including guidance to other associates.
  • Utilize returns systems to properly create and process returns for timely refunds to customers.
  • Navigate A5400, PKMS (DC and HUB) to properly determine returns reasons and justifications through documented processes and procedures.
  • Analyzing order documentation / merchandise
  • Must have good attendance and be a team player

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Job requires continuous physical exertion- walking/bending/ standing/ climbing- must be able to lift 75 lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Excellent PKMS (or equivalent WMS) knowledge including hand held, truck mount, and desk top
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a faster learner.
