PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Daily reconciliation of open cartons on the floor by ensuring that all cartons are searched and dispositioned.
- Provide support for load planning, sweeping, and picking teams. Load plan, pick, sweep, and pick when necessary.
- Research and resolve issues relating to cartons for wave reconciliation.
- Manage systemic loads through yardview and PKMS.
- Adherance to Williams-Sonomas' Safety Practices and Policies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
- AS400 knowledge.
- Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Job requires continuous physical exertion – walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing – must be able to lift 65 lbs. minimum
- Bilingual is a plus – English/Spanish.
