PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
  • Gather information, prepare, update and publish post loadout report
  • Support Leads and manager during loadout
  • Ability to create update different reports and metrics used to measure and follow up on the inventory shrink and location accuracy by department.
  • Availability to work on and maintain all inventory reports utilized by the CRB HUB as needed.
  • Availability to work on and complete issues report
  • Saturday work required
  • Utilize Williams Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.
  • Work with PKMS/HUBM/CCUI/ACCESS to report and research on aged orders in the CRB HUB
  • Availability to work on and maintain all inventory reports utilized by the CRB HUB as needed.
  • Gather information, prepare, update and publish DC and Hub Inventory reports for management.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Availability to work full time schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Ability to mullitask and be extremely detailed on all reports and communications.
  • Customer Service experience requiered.
  • PKMS/HUBM/CCUI systems experience required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge - especially Outlook, Excel, and Access.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner.
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be a part of a team- performing whatever duties are necessary.
