Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm, Saturday 7:00am-3:30pm

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
  • Create Shop Tech list when needed. Reschedules & cancelations (ensure process completion, Sku requests), emails request.
  • Work blanks and discrepancies on the audit manifest along with the clerk, formulate and print next day’s manifest.
  • Generate check list for next day’s routes when necessary; generate builds sheet for next day’s routes.
  • Generate manifests and run post waves for next day deliveries.
  • Ensure the cancelations process, picking process, audit process, and putaway process are being followed, executed, and reconciled.
  • Ensuring all tasks reconciled, all lines are audited for a smooth load out, and trucks are pre-billed.
  • Conduct inventory research to determine invalid inventory throughout the HUB and execute inventory purges properly ensuring all cases are processed.
  • Conduct research on various quality issues brought up by the team and report the root cause to management and the QA department, and add any deficiencies found to the DTS database.
  • Work with call center and shop team to ensure all quality inspections and the escalation are completed and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Research and resolve issues and provide feedback on operations, processes, and associate performance
  • Willing to work overtime with little to no notice as needed.
  • Utilize Williams Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.
 ESSENTIAL CORE JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
  • Previous warehousing and/or transportation background desired.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
  • Availability to work full time schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing whatever duties are necessary.  
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and via email.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
  • AS400 warehousing systems preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge – especially Outlook, Excel.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
  • Ability to work full time schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing what ever duties are necessary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Extensive knowledge with AS400
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to meet established deadlines.
  • Job requires continuous physical excertion - walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing - must be able to lift 75lbs minimum.
  • Intermediate computer skills using MSOffice Suite; previous experience with AS400 WMS software preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred (previous forklift experience desired.)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
