WORK SCHEDULE:

Tuesday-Friday; 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday; 7:00am - 3:30pm

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
  • Processing, identifying, and reporting OS&Ds from DC-HUB trailers.
  • In depth research and reporting of damages to QA and daily reporting of OS&Ds to network D.C.'s.
  • Process all HPO, UPS, and redirect orders.
  • Researching and processing any invalid cases, or cases not on task so they are ready to go back to HUB or DC inventory determining root cause of why cases are invalid or not on task and providing feedback to relevant parties.
  • Coordinating the movement and unload of inbound domestic and DC trailers.
  • Assist with daily task reconciliation and coordinate handoff from 1st to 2nd shift.
  • Check that freight scheduled for next day has been waved and released.
  • Be prepared to help sweep and pick freight when necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • AS400 knowledge required.
  • Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills. 
  • Bilingual is a plus – English/Spanish.
