Description

Position Summary:

The Merchandise processor(s) will work in multiple areas of the operation and perform a variety of task. You will keep the pick modules supplied with totes, supplies and complete replen tasks throughout the facility. You will be responsible for removing empty pallets, trash cans and currogate from the pick mods. Other duties will be required not listed here.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment to include Swing Reach (537), Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Pallet Jack and/or Order Picker
  • Perform duties as assigned to include product putaway, completing tasks
  • Must possess the ability to operate on-board computer/RF Unit.
  • Keep work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements
  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma's mission, vision, and values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments
  • Perform detailed tasks with minimal errors
  • Ability to achieve established productivity standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experienced and certified on Reach Truck, Order Picker, Dock Stocker and Swing Reach
  • PKMS base knowledge
  • Ability to learn new functions in PKMS for research purposes
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible to work overtime as required
  • Communicate effectively with peers
  • Position will be required to move/rotate to different areas within the department and other areas
  • Must be a team player and have good attendance record
  • Flexible to work alternate schedules during peak season and other high-volume times
