The Maintenance Operator position is located in Olive Branch, MS. This position is responsible for operating and doing light maintenance of sorters. At other times, this position will be task with some of the following: painting, installing guard rails, patching holes in drywall, basic plumbing, replacing ceiling tiles, replacing light bulb and ballast, hanging pictures and dry erase boards, and other general maintenance duties

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because....

  • Monitor sorter operation and function, maintain and perform standard light repairs and maintenance.
  • Assess and resolve a wide array of maintenance issues on-site.
  • Perform some light preventative maintenance on personal, as well as company owned tools and equipment.
  • Document facilities maintenance requirements and maintain appropriate records for work performed or needed.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 1year-experience in transferable skills.
  • knowledge and experience to safely operate a wide array of hand tools.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to work independently, with flexibility, and self-reliance
  • Ability to perform under pressure, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
