PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Provide administrative support for the following ECDC Safety Manager.
- Work with Management Staff to compile Accident and Injury investigations.
- Trend safety date to determine root causes and potential hazard avoidance.
- Track and train associates on HAZ-COM in accordance to OSHA Standards.
- Update and Maintain SDS sheets for all current and future chemicals within the facility.
- Work with Maintenance and Raymond team to track FKL damages and repairs.
- Support the Site Safety Leader by tracking new and existing safety initiatives, track compliance and design reporting.
- Track FKL training, ensure compliance to OSHA regulations including certifications, recertification, and written exams for WSI and 3PLs.
- Utilize iWarehouse to create reporting showing compliance to FKL rule and regulations.
- Conduct safety/FKL training with New Hires and Current WSI associates.
- Support and develop new safety initiatives to drive a safe work environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
- High organizational skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing what ever duties are necessary
- iWarehouse and FKL knowledge will be a plus.
