POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for updating aging reports in support of all WSI Brands

 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for aging reporting [daily, monthly and weekly] for external and internal customers.

  • Work with scheduling and operations to ensure that appropriate ship dates are met.

  • Assist with exception reporting on a daily basis.

  • Assist in improvement of order entry process to address issues and propose solutions to correct problems and issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a production environment

  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary to complete the task at hand

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and work extra hours as needed

  • Ability to multi-task, and be extremely detailed on written and verbal communications/documentation

  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge – specifically in Outlook, Excel and Power Point

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner

  • Ability to handle high volume workload in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
