Primary Functions:

  • ï‚· Establish and promote hard work ethics through teamwork and collaboration with associates
  • ï‚· Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company
  • ï‚· Work with the Hub Admin and Lead to ensure al pieces are deluxed, quality inspected, assembled
  • ï‚· Perform daily dock searches
  • ï‚· Utilize Williams-Sonoma’s Mission, Vision and Values to govern daily activities including guidance to other associates and departments
  • ï‚· Available to work in the different processes performed in the Hub as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ï‚· Ability to multi-task and be extremely detailed
  • ï‚· Knowledge of PkMS, Hub WS and AS400 systems preferred
  • ï‚· Positive attitude, strong worth ethic, ability to work under pressure and a fast learner
  • ï‚· Excellent attendance and willingness to be a part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
  • ï‚· Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
