POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for performing the basic functions required to take slightly imperfect merchandise and return it to salable condition.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Evaluating merchandise condition and determine if it can be successfully refurbished and returned to salable condition
- Perform refurbishment tasks (reboxing, ironing, folding, packaging, etc.)
- Removing and recycling damaged packaging / dunnage
- Communicating problems / discrepancies to next-level management
- Must have good attendance and be a team player
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Aptitude for performing the job as described
- Able to work overtime when necessary
- Can work safely in high volume area around moving equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
