POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include inspecting all merchandise in diverted totes, keeping up with picker errors, and communicating reoccurring problem SKU’s to Quality Assurance.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Perform cycle counts if needed
- Monitor and adjust negative inventory
- Perform bin audits and make necessary corrections
- Investigate inventory variances and provide adequate feedback to management.
- Research inventory variances, problems sku’s, research sku’s on lock code reports.
- Process no location collates, initiate building to building transfer of sku’s.
- Basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Profiling, and Waving
- Be able to fill all roles within the department in case of absences
- Have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Have working knowledge of Excel and PkMS
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills – personify professionalism
- Ensure good housekeeping practices are enforced
- Ensure inventory is reconciled in a timely manner
- Knowledge of physical inventory process
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must have an understanding of Reddwerks and PkMS
- Must possess strong math skills
- Must have basic knowledge of excel
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Profiling, and Waving
- Have working knowledge of Excel and PkMS
- Possess exceptional communication skills and personify professionalism
- Must be able to drive 537 (swing reach) and order picker or must be willing to learn.
- Must be familiar with RF and AS400 system.
- Able to lift merchandise 25 lbs or heavier.
- Must not be scare of heights and must be able to walk around the warehouse and must not have problems standing all day.
