Description

Primary Job Functions/Duties:

• Work safely and contribute to a professional, customer focused environment.

• Work closely with internal partners as well as DCs, Care Centers, and Sourcing/Vendors to communicate and resolve shipping/delivery exceptions for both local and remote Hubs.

• Assist with daily product quality inspection, tracking, and reporting.

• Act as operational point of contact for hub QA initiatives/programs, communicating, researching, updating, and assisting in resolution of inbound/outbound quality exceptions.

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute various operational reports, verifying content and accuracy.

• Complete truck, dock, and billing audits as required.

• Complete other administrative duties and contribute to auxiliary hub projects as needed.

 

Qualifications Include:

 

• Interview required as part of selection process

• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, & Access)

• Minimum 12 months PkMS and customer service experience

• Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), organization and follow-through skills

• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking skills

• Availability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm
