PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Research and report on damage defective analysis lines and provide feedback for trends identified.
- Conduct inventory research to identify invalid aged orders as needed.
- Track and provide updates for escalations.
- Research and respond to order inquiries from Customer Service, the brands, and the stores.
- Detailed research of CCUI, Sanfran, HubWM, and PKMS to pull customer order information as necessary.
- Completion of daily admin reports as needed; i.e. wave summary, data card, score card, hours report, etc.externally.
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- AS400 knowledge along with all Office Applications preferred.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus – English/Spanish.
