Title:Administrative Assistant I (Purchasing)
Location:Claremont, NC


  • Assist Purchasing Department and R&D with administrative duties. Enter new purchase orders and communication skills with suppliers. Coordinate with suppliers daily to update ETA status on new product deliveries. Coordinate with suppliers to retrieve quotes and consolidate pricing data into a spreadsheet. Maintain communication between R&D and Purchasing for new projects. Provide organization flow of paperwork between the two areas.




  • High School diploma or equivalent strongly recommended.

  • Must be a self-starter and a team player.

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

  • Good attendance and punctuality. Availability to work overtime and flexible schedule.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
