Position Title:                                    General Operations Manager- Supply Chain Analytics & Profiling

Hours:                                                Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

                                                  Location:                                            7755 Polk Lane, Olive Branch, MS 38654

                             

Summary of Duties:                         
Analyze large operational data sets and identify trends and improvement opportunities that allow the business to stay competitive and offer exceptional service. Adopt an engineering approach to design, develop, and implement systemic and process improvements to enhance customer service and the company's bottom line. Create data models for what-if scenarios that allow the business to simulate future outcomes. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of warehouse processes across both Retail and Direct to Consumer platforms. Lead a team of business and report analysts to develop tools and process improvement methods that lead to increased efficiencies within the distribution centers. Gather complex data across multiple platforms to ensure business practices exceed cost effective measures set by the organization, and that lead to additional practices being used throughout the distribution network. Create data analytics models using business intelligence tools which drive continuous improvements within each distribution center. Supervise 8 subordinates.

           

Qualifications:                                  
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field and five (5) years’ experience in management experience in a distribution environment, experience in high volume manufacturing, or data science related to warehousing and manufacturing operations. Experience must include: Data analysis and process improvement; SQL; Crystal Reports; Qlikview; Warehouse Management System; VBA; Microsoft Office Applications; Data Modeling; Project Management, Financial Analysis.
