PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
- Responsible for completing the CAB outbound audit
- Receive Load by Loads from JER and JSB and esnure they located to the correct locations
- Assist in the timely reciept of STWs and escalated orders as needed
- Assist with the creation and tracking of the HPO orders as needed
- Assist the inbound team with the manual creation of customer orders which are not in HUBM
- Work with the CSC and HUB teams to resolve inventory issues with customer orders
- Availability to work on inventory reports utilized by the CAB HUB as needed.
- Utilize Williams Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Availability to work full time schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed on all reports and communications.
- PKMS/HUBM/CCUI/Route Planner systems experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge – especially Outlook, Excel, and Access.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner.
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be a part of a team- performing whatever duties are necessary.
- Customer Order research experience required
