Returns Specialist

1st Shift

Primary Functions

  • Work between Outlet and Distribution Center to ensure Retail Outlet Allocations are executed accordingly
  • Ensure Outlet Allocations reflecting Outbound Plan are waved properly
  • Conduct Recon of all Outlet Retail allocation waves
  • Work with the Picking Leads to ensure product is being completed on time and accurately
  • Work in tandem with Shipping Leads to ensure shipments are loaded properly
  • Daily collaboration with Transportation partners in orders to properly coordinate all inbound and outbound loads
  • High-level tracking and reporting of outlet KPIs
  • Detailed knowledge of WMS programs including (PKMS, SF3, Qlikview, Crystal Reports)
  • Ad hoc duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled facility
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
  • Job requires continuous physical exertion-walking/bending/standing/climbing-must be able to lift 65 lbs minimum
  • Excellent PKMS (or equivalent WMS) knowledge including hand held, truck mount, and desktop
  • Outbound process knowledge – Creating, Manifesting, Closing outbound loads
  • Display Leadership skills as working in tandem with 3rd party labor partners is a daily activity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as interaction with High level executives is expected on a daily basis
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Outlook and Excel - Must be proficient with Pivot tables, Vlookup, building formulas
  • Ability to be forklift Certified
