Description
Merchandise Processor- Picking
STATUS: Part time, Non Exempt
SHIFT: 29 hr or less part-time hours weekly scheduled in 4 to 8 increments

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position requires you to use a RF scanner to complete all picking functions while utilizing the “Reddwerks” Pick to Light picking system and occasionally utilizes PkMS for order tracking/disposition. Constant communication with peers, leads and managers to ensure daily goals are attained.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Completing the order fulfillment process for all retail in assigned work area.
Repetitive lifting of cartons that could weigh up to seventy (70) pounds on a daily basis.
Able to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders.
Able to work at a pace that is consistent with departmental productivity and quality standards.
Working in a safe manner on a daily basis and performing other duties as assigned.
Separate Collates based upon Module, Level and Zone
Delivered separated collates to all Pick Modules

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent is strongly recommended
Experience with RF Picking or WSM “Reddwerks Pick to Light Picking”
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Flexible to work overtime as required
Communicate effectively with peers
Position will be required to move/rotate to different areas within the department depending on the daily workload
Must be a team player and have good attendance record with the flexibility to work alternate schedules during peak season and other high volume times
Experienced picker that has work with Wave Closure, experienced with paperless and collate picking, familiar with Reddwerks and PKMS research.
