PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for daily execution of outbound department responsibilities.
  • Daily start-up Meeting and communication of daily/weekly goals for department.
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to associates
  • Communication and enforcement of Safety Practices
  • Respond to all inquiries from other departments and outside partners
  • Overlook of DC operational daily reports.
  • Continuous interaction with other departments to ensure the completion of daily orders and service levels goal achievement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Availability to work full time schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Strong AS400 and Microsoft Exel knowledge is required.
  • Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing what ever duties are necessary.
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong c6mmunication skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus - English/Spanish.
