 (On-Site) Seasonal Staffing Coordinator

The Seasonal Staffing Coordinator position is located in Olive Branch, MS. This position is responsible for maintaining the administrative processes that allows effective support of recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions. Candidates must be open to change and regular process enhancements in order to meet the needs and demands of the role.

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

  • Support the full cycle recruiting process from the initial requisition, sourcing candidates, screening, and scheduling interviews with key client groups; Provides full-service staffing/scheduling duties during company peak season
  • Assist with the review of employment applications and evaluating work history, education, training, compensation and other qualifications of applicants to determine job suitability
  • Manages the Non - Exempt Job Bids Process and entry level roles, including posting jobs (Production Floor), verifying candidate information, tracking candidates and communicating with Recruiters/Hiring Managers regarding process status Utilizes recruitment job boards and other tools to post and help source and recruit qualified candidates
  • Accepts hand off from Recruiter and interfaces with the internal and external candidates via providing job details to candidates, scheduling and providing instructions to candidates regarding the pre-employment process
  • Assist with the review of employment applications and evaluating work history, education, training, compensation and other qualifications of applicants to determine job suitability
  • Compliantly, reviews hiring files before submission spreadsheet to HRIS records
  • Arranges travel and lodging for candidate interviews, as needed
  • Assist with scheduling and room set up for Orientation and completing related paperwork; Utilizes Applicant Tracking System to move candidates throughout the application process
  • Initiates candidate Onboarding, Offer Letters, and other pre-employment screenings
  • Completes New Hire Spreadsheet for new hire processing
  • Other duties, as required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least two (2) years previous Talent Acquisition/Staffing or professional Human Resources administrative related experience
  • Previous experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience working with various ATS systems, E-verify, Data Facts and other recruitment tools
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to handle high volume workload in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong written/verbal communication and excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

We prefer some of these qualities as well….

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with full-cycle staffing coordination duties including experience sourcing candidates, pre - screening and conducting phone interviews within a Talent Acquisition Department
