Inbounds Returns Processing/RTS/PCNL

POSITION SUMMARY:
Inbounds Returns Processing/RTS/PCNL
- Audit and process daily All PCNL from CRB Hub
- Receive, document, and process units received from the delivery teams and from load out
- Audit and process Inbound trailers
- File all inbound trailer manifest
- Work side to side with the Returns admins to get all Returns report completed
- Reconcile all storage trailers and Dock Doors
- Label All inspected units for Outlet, Trash, and Donation
- Research for the amount of time the scrap pieces were in the customer’s house
- Creating and Marking CRB/DC Manifest
- Floor Time: Assist when and where needed
- Keep and promote a safe and clean environment
- Processing returned units in the returns app
- Processing all Returns to RTS, Outlet or Scrap as directed.
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
- PKMS, SanFran, TPM, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure on your own and be a fast learner.
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
- Excellent Communication skills for internal and external departments and customers.
- MHE Certified.
