POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary role of this position is as to prepare select labor standards and production routes for data entry team, and to coordinate sign-off of specs and development within the R & D department.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Gather data on frame assembly and spring-up; input into data form in Microsoft Excel.

Prepare and submit production routes to the AX new item setup team.

Track and report on progress toward on-time season launch via email or update meetings as needed.

Coordinate and track sign-off on product specs and processes within the R & D department. Follow timeline established for on-time season launch.

Track completion of sign-off/spec verification in each area required prior to pre-pro (pre-production build).

Review/update standard operating procedures for spec verification as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities as required.

Complete assigned projects independently and work well within a team environment.

Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all associates, management staff, and vendors.

Prepare and maintain files, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports verifying content and accuracy.

Collaborate on other projects as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Outlook & Excel.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner.
Excellent attendance and strong teamwork skills - performing whatever duties are necessary to complete the task.
3-5 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an upholstery manufacturing environment.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and work extra hours as needed.
