Essential Job Functions:

Inventory control, receiving product to racks/storage.

Understand and be able to coordinate, locations, organize, store inventory.

Verify inbound shipments, direct storage of product and verify counts.
-
Verify discrepancies and reconcile them.
-
Transfer inventory between trailers, receiving dock and racks.
-
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
-
Understand timelines and deadlines for business needs
-
Cycle counting experience.
-
Utilize Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments

Keep work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements

Perform detailed tasks with minimal errors

Ability to achieve established productivity standards
Minimum Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in upholstered furniture

Good attention to detail
-
Perform multiple tasks in a fast pace environment to ensure inventory requirements are met

Maintain accurate records
-
Follow documented standards and procedures
-
Frequently lift and push objects weighing up to 50 lbs or more

Excellent time management skills, including ability to work independently with little supervision

Stand, bend, and twist as required in order to complete the job

Strong communication (verbal and written)

Positive attitude, a strong work ethic and good communication skills

Dependable and flexible with schedule

Ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner
