Primary Job Function:

Load planner for Outbound/UPS/ and or Separate Ship department

Scans (flashes), labels and manifests product shipping through Outbound, UPS, and direct to hubs, customers, and retail stores

Ensure accuracy of packets, manifests by load. Ensure quantity on all loads are 100% accurate at all times. Ensure all paperwork is accurate.

Works with team of loaders to complete loads by scheduled pick up times

Utilize Williams-Sonoma’s Mission, Vision and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments

Keep work area safe and clean according to general warehouse practices and OSHA requirements

Inspecting for damages.

Researches missing labels and product, as necessary

Must be able to stand for long periods of time throughout the day and lift and move product weighing up to 70 pounds in order to scan and label it

Perform detailed tasks with minimal errors

May perform various other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Distribution Center and RF experience preferred
• Attention to detail, team-first attitude and willingness to learn new processes required
• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends, as necessary
