Shift: Sunday-Thursday: 4:30 am-1:00 pm

Primary Job Function:

• Load planner for Outbound/UPS/ and or Separate Ship department

• Scans (flashes), labels and manifests product shipping through Outbound, UPS, and direct to hubs, customers, and retail stores

• Ensure accuracy of packets, manifests by load. Ensure quantity on all loads are 100% accurate at all times. Ensure all paperwork is accurate.

• Works with team of loaders to complete loads by scheduled pick up times

• Utilize Williams-Sonoma’s Mission, Vision and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments

• Keep work area safe and clean according to general warehouse practices and OSHA requirements

• Inspecting for damages.

• Researches missing labels and product, as necessary

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time throughout the day and lift and move product weighing up to 70 pounds in order to scan and label it

• Perform detailed tasks with minimal errors

• May perform various other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Distribution Center and RF experience preferred

• Attention to detail, team-first attitude and willingness to learn new processes required

• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends, as necessary
