WORK SCHEDULE:
1st Shift; Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
  • Responsible for daily waving schedule and execution of retail wave plan.
  • Responsible for retail waving priorities, escalated orders, special requests, and stock withdrawals.
  • Provide training and support to Admin and Clerical Staff.
  • Root Cause Analysis on waving issues, errors and lala's.
  • Take point on all inquiries from receiving HUBs, Distribution/Transportation Planners, and Admin office.
  • Execute all allocation cancellation requests from the brands and report on completion.
  • Planning, executing and tracking of new store openings and floor sets.
  • Creating and sending out daily reporting: Daily cartons shipped, ECDC Campus Scorecards, Projected Vs. Actual, etc.
  • Daily maintaince of the unselected bucket: Follow up with inventory, QA teams and Inbound teams to ensure allocations not waving are fixed and waved or canceled. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • AS400 knowledge along with all Office Applications required.
  • Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.
