JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with retail partners on the placement of HPO orders, tracking and scheduling delivery/returns/exchanges.
- Pull, review and work the Inventory Accounting report for PCNL, RECON, PUDs and RESPU
- Assist with the completion of Certification of Insurance, Concierge Services, DOT, reporting lnventoryNariance
- Professional approach to all outbound/inbound calls related to customer orders for all brands
- Assist with responses to emails received into the Fast Response , Home Delivery, CRB-COI and CRB Hub inboxes.
- Establish and maintain business partner relationships with internal/external partners for the processing of HPOs and escalated customer orders.
- Utilize Williams Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation
- System knowledge of HubWM, PKMS, CCUI, SanFran3, AMS, and WCC/OMS.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge - including Outlook, Excel and knowledge of how to process COis.
- Strong customer service skills; ability to de-escalate customer frustrations
- Working knowledge of how to update and void Return Authorization Numbers in AMS .
- Working knowledge of how to create/update Return Orders in WCC/OMS.
- Working knowledge of Inventory accounting report (PCNURECON)
- Working knowledge of the Inventory Accounting Report (how to pull repo rt, research , PCNURECON, PUDs, RESPU
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner
- Ability to communicate to customers , coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
- Working knowledge of how to process High Profile Customer Orders/Concierge.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing what ever duties are necessary
