POSITION SUMMARY:
Associate will be responsible for the picking and packing of customers orders on a daily basis. This position requires you to use a RF scanner to complete all picking functions while utilizing the “Reddwerks” Pick to Light picking system and occasionally utilizes PkMS for order tracking/disposition. Constant communication with peers, leads and managers to ensure daily goals are attained.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Completing the order fulfillment process for all direct to customer orders in assigned work area.

Repetitive lifting of cartons that could weigh up to seventy (70) pounds on a daily basis.

Able to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders.

Able to work at a pace that is consistent with departmental productivity and quality standards.

Working in a safe manner on a daily basis and performing other duties as assigned.

Separate Collates based upon Module, Level and Zone

Delivered separated collates to all Pick Modules
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
High school diploma or equivalent is strongly recommended
-
Experience with RF Picking or WSM “Reddwerks Pick to Light Picking”

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
-
Flexible to work overtime as required
-
Communicate effectively with peers
-
Position will be required to move/rotate to different areas within the department depending on the daily workload

Good attendance record with the flexibility to work alternate schedules during peak season and other high volume times
