Position Overview:
  • Work in a fast paced, call center environment.
  • Scheduling and assisting customers with home delivery or their order(s).
  • Handle all escalations during in home delivery and coordinate solutions through drivers, in-house teams, and third party affiliates.
  • Work with business partners to assess customer needs/concerns and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions to ensure a world class customer service experience.
  • Accurately maintain and update order trading systems appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Interview required as part or selection process.
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi task and problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Must be able to communicate to customers each day, maintaining composure under workload and pressure.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook as well as all internal scheduling and inventory systems.
  • Availability to work a full time schedule including nights and weekends and holidays, and when needed, mandatory overtime.
  • 2 years work equivalent or service experience in warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Experience in ''white glove delivery" preferred.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge- Word, Excel Outlook.Good analytical skills.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
